The Department of Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) at the University of Louisville College of Business seeks qualified applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position to begin August 1, 2026. Appointment will be at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor of Practice, or Associate Professor of Practice (Non-Tenure Track), dependent upon academic credentials and experience.
The successful candidate will teach face-to-face and online management courses, including undergraduate and/or MBA programs. The successful candidate will also engage in service assignments that support the mission of the College of Business and the University of Louisville (e.g., serving on committees, advising clubs, mentoring students).
Qualifications
Candidates with a PhD in a related subject area are preferred; ABD candidates or those with a master's degree and significant business experience may also be considered. A demonstrated record of teaching management and organizational behavior courses, as well as the willingness and ability to teach within one or more complementary areas housed within the M&E department (human resource management, hospitality, business communication, franchising, and/or entrepreneurship) will be given strong consideration.
