Requirements
  • A Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, Journalism, Mass Communication or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • A minimum of 08 years of teaching and research experience in higher education including 02 years of experience post PhD.

  • Evidence of scholarly achievements, including a minimum of 06 research publications in SCI/ UGC/ AICTE approved journals. 

  • Possess a track record in guiding and mentoring students and junior faculty members.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a dedication to academic excellence and student success.



Skills Required

  • Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field from a recognized institution
  • At least 8 years of teaching and research experience in higher education
  • At least 2 years of experience after completing a Ph.D.
  • At least 6 research publications in SCI, UGC, or AICTE-approved journals
  • Track record of guiding and mentoring students and junior faculty members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to academic excellence and student success
