QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARY
The CP Production Associate is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, sorting, grading and pricing/tagging donated goods at a required pace, and for performing basic record keeping associated with central processing production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sorting and pricing of donated items, garments and hard lines with limited supervision; monitoring and recording production levels, and meeting production goals.
- Load, unload and move donated goods, materials, from pallets, racks or shelves to maintain workflow of production cycle and to distribute donated materials.
- Keep aisles free from debris and remove obstructions from production floors. Ensure work areas and facilities remain clean and organized. Inform Team Leader or Manager of possible safety hazards.
- May be required to supply Team Members with materials, boxes, barrels, containers, etc. by walking stations to identify and restock supplies, as well as other donation production duties as assigned.
- Perform all duties according to trained safety standards.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures.
- Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position - bending, lifting, grasping and moving continuously throughout the shift.
- Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve goals
