  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, QA, UX, operations, and stakeholders—to ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements.
  • Help identify and triage system bugs, documenting them with detailed reproduction steps and expected results.
  • Participate in feature proposal discussions/creations, cycle planning, standups, backlog refinement, and reviews.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and analyze system processes to understand user needs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Help validate completed development work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and delivers meaningful value to end users.
  • Support communication efforts by preparing release notes, feature documentation, and updates for impacted departments.
  • Build foundational knowledge of DWH systems, business processes, and the end-to-end customer experience.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Basic understanding of software testing, quality assurance, or bug reporting workflows.

It would be nice for you to have or know:

  • Experience or knowledge in a ScrumMaster or Agile facilitator role.
  • SQL or other basic data querying skills.
  • Familiarity with Kanban methodology.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams.

The Candidate — We are looking for:

  • An effective communicator who listens actively and can articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organized, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A team player who builds strong relationships and collaborates well across roles and departments.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarity, and sharing early when risks or issues arise.
