The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you are the execution engine of the Product Marketing team. You will own landing page production end-to-end, write and maintain the outbound messaging that powers our SDR motion, and turn out the first drafts that keep enablement, campaigns, and events moving at speed.

This is a high-velocity role for a strong writer who takes a brief and drives it to done. You will use AI tools actively to work faster, absorb industrial and technical product context quickly, and produce concise, outcome-oriented B2B copy across the funnel. If you are proactive, fast, and excited to grow into a strategic PMM, we want to meet you.

How You Will Make an Impact

Positioning, Messaging & GTM Strategy: Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Innovapptive’s key themes — Connected Worker, Industrial AI, Maintenance, Operations, and Value360.
Landing Page Production: Own end-to-end landing page production — from strategy brief and copy through HubSpot build, UTM setup, and live deployment — including campaign pages and event-specific pages with proper tracking.

Outbound Messaging & SDR Support: Write and maintain SDR outbound cadences — industry-specific email sequences, LinkedIn plays, and call openers — and support the outbound team daily with fresh messaging variants, objection-handling copy, and new positioning angles aligned to current PMM themes.

Sales Enablement Drafts: Produce first draft decks for sales enablement — one-pagers, pitch-deck sections, battlecard updates, and leave-behinds.

Video Scripts & Ad Copy: Write scripts and narrative flows for OWT and product walkthrough videos, and handle ad copywriting for LinkedIn sponsored content, display messaging, and campaign variants.

Website & Execution Queue: Maintain and update website product messaging sections with the inbound team, and manage the execution queue — urgent landing page edits, messaging fixes, competitive slide updates, and deck cleanups.

Event Support: Support event email sequences — pre-event, post-event, and follow-up copy.

AI-Accelerated Production: Use AI tools actively to speed up research, copy variants, and first-draft creation while maintaining quality control.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in B2B marketing — product marketing, content marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, or growth.
  • Strong copywriter who produces concise, outcome-oriented B2B copy — not just descriptive writing.
  • AI-enabled and tool savvy actively uses AI tools to work faster; not a passive user.
  • HubSpot or equivalent CMS experience — can build and deploy landing pages, set up forms, and manage UTM tracking.
  • High execution velocity — comfortable managing multiple parallel deadlines without getting blocked.
  • Ownership mindset — takes a brief and drives it to done without waiting for detailed direction.
  • Intellectual curiosity — absorbs industrial or technical product context quickly and writes credibly about it.
  • Good research skills — can understand a company, industry, or competitor and turn it into useful messaging.

Nice to Have

  • A keen eye for design and the ability to produce extremely classy or modern presentation/visuals.
  • Deep working knowledge of AI-orchestrated production or Industrial AI themes (e.g., Agentic AI) to accelerate content creation.
  • SDR or outbound-adjacent experience — has written sequences that booked real meetings.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, industrial software, or a manufacturing/operations context.

Experience: 2+ years — can be early career; must be proactive, fast, and a strong writer.

What Success Looks Like — First 90 Days

3–5 landing page or campaign page drafts completed and deployed.

2–3 SDR cadences or call-script packs improved with research-led, PMM-aligned messaging.

Recurring weekly support established for event emails, enablement drafts, and competitive snippets.

First-draft quality reaches a level where the Lead or Senior PMM edits rather than rewrites.

Visible reduction in ad-hoc writing and execution load on the Product Marketing Lead.
