Job Description
- Grow Accommodation business to best optimum scale with creative, analytical and critical approach.
- Develop and responsible for the overall product, customer marketing and go-to-market strategy to achieve business objectives in overall Accommodation landscape.
- Accountable for strategy development, campaign roadmap, sprint, planning (investment planning includ, execution, post mortem, and improvement project in the effort to increase product ecosystem quality lead generation, traffic and adoption rate / acquisition.
- Orchestrate different marketing and growth levers, building product momentum to fulfill customers needs and connect with their paint points to generate positive customer lifetime value and retention factor. Internal stakeholder management within sales & marketing and cross-functional team outside of marketing.
- Measure ROI and strategic value of marketing projects both at product, customer and brand level to decide the right mix of marketing and resource investment.
- Set direction and strategy of country product marketing mix consisting of product mix (categorical) and channel mix (online and offline), combined with customer portfolio mix, together with other product marketing in the country.
- Lead high performing product marketing team, responsible and accountable for country P&L at Accommodation business line and customer metrics
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Information Management from top local or overseas universities
- Top tier management consulting and high-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics would be a plus
- Solid critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong in numbers and analytics leveraging big data and customer centric approach
- Growth mindset - mature and self-driven person, embrace challenges, and has entrepreneurial spirits
- Excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done
- Experienced in working as an individual contributor / hands-on marketer; able to develop short-mid-long term business plans
- Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization.
- Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities
- Comfortable working in flexible working hours conditions and occasional business travel
- Passionate about customers and deliver great communication to customers
- Passionate in developing high performing team
