Position Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Associate Product Manager to support the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of EGM products across EMEA. In this role, you will assist with gathering and analysing market insights, drafting product requirements, coordinating product releases, and providing support to commercial teams on product‑related topics.

Maintain and update product roadmaps to ensure accuracy and alignment with regional priorities
Stay informed on the latest game releases, product updates, and industry developments
Support the creation of business cases and competitive assessments
Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity
Document and organise functional requirements for new and existing products
Coordinate product and game releases across EMEA markets
Support product launches, end‑of‑sale processes, and end‑of‑life planning
Create and maintain internal and external product documentation
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Product Management team
Skills & Abilities
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Clear and confident communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Basic understanding of product development processes
Curious, creative, and proactive approach to problem‑solving
Work Conditions
Based in Barcelona, Spain
Occasional travel within the EMEA region may be required

Qualifications
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong interest in gaming, entertainment technology, or product innovation
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
0–2 years’ experience in Product Management, Gaming, or Technology (preferred but not essential)
