As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the Global Product Manager, Sales, and Distribution teams by managing day‑to‑day product and business execution activities. This role serves as a key interface between commercial teams and internal functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of product information, pricing, and operational support. You will handle requests related to product specifications, pricing, lead times, samples, and expedites, and collaborate closely with Sales, Distributors, Project Management, R&D, Quality, and Operations across global regions.

Pricing & Business ExecutionExecute region‑specific product line strategies in alignment with global objectives.
Provide timely and accurate pricing support to Sales.
Track and follow up on significant quotes based on defined product line revenue thresholds.
Manage and drive New Business Opportunities (NBOs) at key accounts and priority applications/end markets.
Analyze pricing and margin data to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain and manage price lists, including country minimums, representative minimums, ITS, and design‑registration programs.
Develop marketing communications (MarCom) strategies for assigned product lines across target markets, customers, and distribution channels.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and deliver marketing materials supporting MarCom plans, new product launches, and product introductions.
Participate in new product development meetings as a representative of the Product team, providing market input on pricing, opportunities, and positioning.
Support the Global Product Manager in conducting market analysis and developing business cases for new product initiatives.
Partner with the Director and/or Product Manager to prepare quarterly and annual revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with global Sales and Distribution leadership to manage and optimize channel inventory levels.
Support the Quality organization and Sales teams in addressing quality issues.
Review, edit, and approve quality response documentation prior to customer or distributor release.
Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business Administration, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong drive to achieve business objectives.
Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset.
General understanding of sales processes and product manufacturing within a semiconductor components environment.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
2–3 years of relevant experience in roles such as internal sales, customer sales representative, or similar commercial support functions.
