About you

You’re curious, proactive, and passionate about building products that make a real difference. You enjoy solving problems, talking to customers, and working closely with engineering teams. You’re excited to learn, grow, and support the delivery of great product experiences.

  • Support product discovery by researching users, analysing feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvements or new features.
  • Define clear requirements by gathering input from stakeholders and writing simple, well‑structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Help manage the product backlog, making sure work is prioritised, well‑sized, and ready for development.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development cycle, helping to clarify requirements and contributing to agile ceremonies.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret product or user data to support good decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence explaining ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • A genuine interest in customers — understanding their needs, challenges, and how your product can help them.
