Betr is looking for a driven Associate Product Manager with a passion for sports to help shape the future of our sports product offerings. In this role, you'll sit at the center of our product development process—working closely with engineering, product leadership, marketing, and operations to deliver world-class sports experiences to our users. You'll be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, ensuring our sports betting and fantasy products are shipped on time, performing at a high level, and constantly evolving to meet user needs. Think of yourself as the playmaker—connecting the dots across teams and driving execution on some of our most important sports-focused features.

About The Role:

  • Vision Execution: Understands and provides insight into requested requirements. An ability to translate the product requirements into practical epics, stories and tasks that allow engineers to efficiently execute the vision.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects stay on course, set the pace, manage timelines, and guarantee the successful delivery of products.
  • Feature Prioritization: Advocate for prioritization, aligning development efforts with our overarching company vision.
  • Communication Facilitator: Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration that drives value.
  • Product Quality Assurance: Ensure that the app and product look like one you yourself would want to use. Point out things that are missing or could be improved and find the right people to make those improvements. 

About You:

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years experience as a digital product manager or similar role
  • Tech Enthusiast: APIs, databases, mobile apps, and apps are your jam. Tech discussions are your playground.
  • Design-Driven: You obsess over user journeys, error validation, and pixel-perfect details.
  • Communication Pro: You excel in written and verbal communication, simplifying complex ideas for different teams and audiences.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, bridging the gap between tech and non-tech teams.
  • Bridge Builder: You're the connection between our product and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful feature delivery.
  • Sports Enthusiast: Interest in and knowledge of sports, fantasy gaming, and/or sports betting is valuable but not required
