Associate Product Manager – Surgical Instrumentation (Animal Health)

Veterinary Instrumentation is seeking an Associate Product Manager – Surgical Instrumentation to help us build and manage a market-leading portfolio of general and orthopaedic surgical instruments.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that drive growth, enhance our brand, and deliver value to veterinary professionals worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and manage a comprehensive surgical instrumentation product range aligned with global strategy.
Lead product launches and manage the full product management lifecycle.
Control the product assortment lifecycle from infancy to obsolescence
Articulate and position the Surgical Instrumentation value proposition, tailoring messaging to the relevant target audience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical Training, and Purchasing.
Support international expansion with tailored clinical and technical content.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support tender and RFP processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in a product management
Education: Degree-level or equivalent professional qualifications.
Skills:
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and copywriting abilities
Confident presenter with a strategic mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and E-CRM systems
Analytical, creative, and commercially aware
Full, clean driver’s licence
