Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Product Manager with a strong STEM background to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the product development lifecycle, ensuring round-the-clock availability, and contributing to our mission of delivering innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages from ideation to launch, including market research, requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
• Agile Scrum Methodology: Apply Agile Scrum principles to manage product backlogs, plan sprints, and facilitate daily stand-ups, ensuring timely delivery of product increments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing teams to align product features with business objectives and user needs.
• User Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and feature enhancements.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python.
• Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices.
• Availability: Willingness to maintain round-the-clock availability to meet project demands.
