1) Gather/define 3 month roadmap
2) Supplies Data driven insights, utilize cross functional data to correlate trends and identify strategic actions for features they are working on
3) Handle stakeholder communication
4) Monitor key KPIs for the managed product
5) Recommend any enterprise wide re-usable frame works that will benefit other teams in different products
6) Define Product MVP items through various discussions with Business/IT Stake holders and adopt various modern techniques to ensure MVP provides optimum value and ROI
7) Ensure smooth Product Delivery and Execution
8) Story Grooming and readiness for the product
