Aisera, Inc. in Palo Alto, CA is seeking Associate Product Manager(s) to oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Write product specifications for the engineering and data science teams.
- Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog.
- Analyze the IT Operations, Cloud Operations, and Service Operations market to help clarify the company’s competitive position.
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Deliver product roadmaps for area of responsibility.
- Enable Customer Success teams with go-lives and continuous improvement.
- Work with marketing team on GTM product assets.
- Support sales and pre-sales in Sales cycles and closing deals.
This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Global Finance, Computer Science, or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study and 1-year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) involving product management.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
- Develop/launch products in one or more technologies: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud, SaaS, RPA Enterprise Applications, Internal Help Desk
- Functional domains: Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, Sales.
