What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of specific product segments and features, contributing to their growth and advancement
  • Collaborate closely with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and the Product team to comprehend requirements and contribute to our product strategy
  • Draft clear and concise product specifications and work closely with the engineering team to refine these to ensure fast and efficient development
  • Be opinionated about the product and champion our customers and end-users to deliver the best possible user experience
  • Build a deep technical understanding of the product to discuss design decisions with engineering
  • Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle
  • Collect and use data to make decisions, which may include complex analyses and A/B testing

Requirements

  • Comfortable engaging with customers and senior executives
  • Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or alternatively through relevant work experience
