- Create user stories aligned to established product vision and features (epics), emphasizing AI-driven capabilities such as workflow automation, predictive insights (e.g., sales forecasting, service recommendations), and generative experiences (e.g., content suggestions, conversational tools).
- Assist in backlog management for sprint teams; partner with R&D, Data Science, and Scrum Master to prioritize work based on customer value, data readiness, and AI feature impact.
- Support full lifecycle delivery including definition, development, beta testing, showcase, and retrospective.
