Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and business. You will help convert ideas into clear requirements, drive execution through agile processes, coordinate across teams, and strengthen product documentation and customer feedback loops.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys structure in chaos, asks smart questions, and can turn scattered inputs into actionable plans.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development Support
  • Assist in defining product features and requirements for new and existing products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and workflows to better understand customer needs
  • Support creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specs, and use cases
  • Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development backlogs
  • Participate in sprint planning and track execution progress

Agile Process Facilitation
  • Act as Scrum Master for assigned product clusters or modules
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure adherence to agile practices and product development processes
  • Monitor sprint velocity, blockers, and execution risks
  • Improve backlog quality, prioritization hygiene, and workflow clarity

Product Understanding & Analysis
  • Build strong understanding of Unbox Robotics products, workflows, and system architecture
  • Identify usability issues, feature gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain internal product documentation, release notes, and feature libraries
  • Support product testing, validation, and readiness activities

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Gather and organize product feedback from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into structured product requirements
  • Support internal communication of roadmap updates and feature releases

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support customer demos, pilot discussions, and product presentations
  • Participate in customer calls to gather product insights and pain points
  • Respond to internal product-related queries through coordination with relevant teams
  • Help communicate product capabilities clearly and accurately

Must Haves
  • Strong product thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Basic technical understanding of software / hardware systems
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Comfort using tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Sheets, Notion, etc.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple moving priorities

  • Exposure to robotics, warehouse automation, logistics tech, or industrial systems
  • Mechatronics knowledge
  • Hardware prototyping exposure
  • SQL / dashboarding / analytics familiarity
  • Startup experience
  • Prior experience in B2B product environments

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Product Design, Operations, or related fields
  • Preferred branches: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering
  • Internship or work experience in Product Management, Consulting, Startups, SaaS, Robotics, or Technology companies preferred
