  • Be part of a mission-driven health-tech company whose work directly improves people’s lives.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of core operational processes that keep the company running.

  • Play a key role in scaling Flinn, shaping how operations work as we grow.

  • Receive one of the most employee-friendly equity packages, including fair vesting terms and profit-sharing opportunities.

  • Grow in a professional, high-standard environment that supports long-term personal and career development.

Your contributions to our journey:
  • Become the product champion for our enterprise requests, turning unstructured feedback and requests into value adding and scalable solutions. Concretely you will

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise requests— from initial discovery with customers and 3rd party providers, to delivery, launch, and post-launch validation.

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers and our customer success team and turn unstructured feedback into clear requirements, that you align with the respective product teams

  • Oversee and project manage the enterprise backlog in line with company priorities, customer commitments, and engineering capacity.

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and other PMs to — making smart trade-offs between bespoke and reusable solutions

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders — from enterprise customers and third-party partners to customer success, sales, and internal product team

Additionally you lead various initiatives to streamline the operational success of our product

  • Take ownership of product operations related to client workstreams, that are engineering-light but coordination-heavy

  • Be the first go-to person for cross-team requests landing in the Clinical Group — triaging, routing, and updating stakeholders

  • Drive smaller client-facing product improvements end-to-end, from scoping through delivery, so the group can ship steady operational value alongside its strategic initiatives

  • Establish standards based on repeating operational workstreams, and propose reusable blueprints that compound our delivery speed over time.

What you need to be successful:
  • Strong ownership and bias for action. You take full accountability for outcomes, move with urgency in a fast-paced environment, and follow through on commitments without being chased.

  • Project and program management instincts: comfortable running a delivery plan with milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple parties.

  • Highly structured. You are able to turn unstructured inputs and feedbacks into a clean artifact — a flow diagram, a scoping doc, or a decision record — that your team can act on without clarification.

  • Strong external stakeholder management, especially with enterprise customers and third-party technical partners. You drive alignment across organizations without losing momentum, and you're comfortable representing Flinn in a room full of senior counterparts.

  • Solid technical fluency. You're not an engineer, but you understand APIs, and basic system architecture well enough to hold credible conversations with engineers and third-party technical contacts.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Attributes we are looking for:
  • 1–3 years of product management experience at a tech company — ideally in a fast paced environment. Experience related to enterprise integrations and platforms are a strong plus.

  • Genuinely comfortable with ambiguity. Half-defined problems and disagreeing stakeholders energize you rather than stall you. You write the first draft, then iterate.

  • Highly adaptable, with a real growth mindset. You learn quickly, take feedback seriously, and consistently raise your own bar.

  • Experience with complex B2B or enterprise products and multi-stakeholder user environments is a strong plus.

  • Genuinely interested in AI and agentic product experiences. You follow the space, have informed opinions, and see Flinn as a chance to build at the frontier.

  • Background in MedTech or healthcare is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.

  • Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
