Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior product managers to help define the strategic direction and vision for the WhatsApp API & CRM platform. Drive the creation of actionable, customer-centric product roadmaps that align with both short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to development, and ultimately to scaling the product post-launch. Oversee product development milestones to ensure timely delivery, meeting customer needs, and maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct thorough research to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends. Utilize user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to gather insights that inform the product development process and guide decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product launches and ensure that product features meet the highest standards. Coordinate efforts across teams to align on product objectives and timelines.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to track product performance and optimize features based on key metrics. Analyze customer behavior and use analytics tools to make informed product decisions, drive iterative improvements, and demonstrate the value of product investments.
  • User Experience & UX Design: Ensure the product is user-friendly and intuitive for all stakeholders, especially marketing and development teams using the WhatsApp API & CRM platform. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform delivers an exceptional user experience and meets customer expectations.
  • Documentation & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain thorough documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and release notes. Effectively communicate product progress, upcoming releases, and key milestones to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
 Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Product Development (0 to 1) is must: Proven track record in building and scaling products from the ground up to market fit. You should be able to navigate the complexities of taking a new product to market, iterating based on feedback, and adjusting strategies to achieve product-market fit.
  • Experience in SaaS Products: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing SaaS products, including understanding the technical and operational challenges involved in scaling a SaaS-based platform. Familiarity with subscription models, user growth strategies, and API-based platforms is essential.
  • Marketing Technology Domain Expertise (Preferred): Experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) domain, including familiarity with tools, trends, and customer needs in the space. Understanding how WhatsApp can serve as a key component of digital marketing strategies, including campaign automation, audience segmentation, and messaging strategies, will be a significant advantage.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge (Preferred): Background in digital marketing, particularly with experience in programmatic ad buying, email marketing, push notifications, or similar areas. Understanding how marketing automation can integrate with APIs to improve user engagement is highly valued.
  • Product Management Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in product management, with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize features, define product requirements, and successfully launch products that meet both user and business needs.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, evaluate product performance, and pivot as necessary. Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and customer behavior analysis is highly preferred.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and clearly articulate product vision, goals, and feedback to stakeholders at all levels.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2–3 years product management experience managing cross-functional teams and launching products
