  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that reduce manual work, increase product master data accuracy, and improve visibility across the product lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between business and engineering to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with engineering and support, and ensure smooth day-to-day system performance.
  • Partner with Data Governance team to define data standards, attributes, and ownership models.
  • Maintain data integrity and alignment of product master data with downstream systems (e.g., ERP, PIM).
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate changes effectively to business partners.
  • Support day-to-day operational reporting needs using PLM and BI tools
  • Ensure alignment and accuracy between PLM and reporting systems.
  • Provide responsive day-to-day support for end users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring adoption of best practices.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, SOPs, and training guides.
  • Lead new user onboarding and training sessions for feature rollouts or process changes.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or system support within apparel, footwear, or retail product development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PLM (Centric PLM, FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose)
  • Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of end-to-end apparel product lifecycle processes, including design, material development, costing, sourcing, and production
