NOTE: We will accept applications until December 20, 2024 and begin reaching out to applicants with next steps throughout January 2025.
You'll Get To...
- User Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the Growth Acquisition team to design, implement, and optimize product features and experiments that increase user acquisition and activation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior data, funnel metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities and refine product decisions.
- A/B Testing: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests in partnership with product analytics to optimize user journeys, onboarding experiences, and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams to align product initiatives with growth objectives and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Insights: Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from users in partnership with user research to identify pain points and opportunities for growth.
- Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the product roadmap while balancing a focus on short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in product management, marketing, data analyst, or related role. Experience working on user growth initiatives for consumer tech products is a plus.
