We're looking for a Technical APM who bridges business problems and technical solutions. Someone who thrives working across engineering, data, QA, and business teams, owning delivery from idea to production.
About the job:
- Own end-to-end product development: discovery, PRD writing, grooming, testing, release, and post-launch monitoring
- Investigate production issues via logs, SQL, and APIs; drive root cause analysis
- Use SQL to analyze performance, build dashboards, and define KPIs
- Collaborate with Engineering, DS/MLE, QA, Ops, and Business teams; coordinate with vendors as needed
- Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies clearly
Aboutyou:
Must-Have
- Bachelor's in CS, IS, Math, Stats, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years in Product Management, Technical PM, or Business/Data Analysis
- Strong SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, and SDLC
- Experience working with Engineering/QA and debugging via logs/DB
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
- Professional English proficiency
Nice to Have
- Fintech/SaaS/startup experience
- Cloud/microservices understanding
- AI/ML product experience

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in fintech or startup industry.
- Participation in product management competitions or workshops (with certifications).
- Involvement in application/system development.
