As part of our TPA business, our product team is building scalable data and analytics solutions that enable payers, providers, employers, and members to access reliable insights and take action with confidence.
As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you will partner with data engineering and analytics teams to design, build, and scale data-driven solutions. You’ll support the development of canonical schemas, reporting dashboards, and quality monitoring systems that power critical TPA operations. This is an entry-to-mid-level product role with direct exposure to healthcare data pipelines, claims, eligibility, and compliance — a strong foundation for growth into a data product leadership career.
What you'll do:- Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to define requirements for data pipelines, schemas, and reporting.
- Translate business, compliance, and operational needs into clear data product requirements.
- Write user stories, manage Jira boards, and drive Agile ceremonies for data initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
- Support dashboard and metric development to monitor claims, eligibility, and operational performance.
- Manage backlog and delivery of analytics and data integration features.
- Conduct light data exploration (SQL/BI tools) to support product decisions.
- Document workflows, requirements, and data dictionaries for clarity and scale.
- Triage and escalate data quality or pipeline issues with engineering partners.
- Must be located near one of our offices in San Francisco CA, Plano TX, or Lehi UT.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data, healthcare, or technology-related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product or analytics in healthcare technology.
- Familiarity with Agile product delivery and Jira.
- Exposure to SQL, data pipelines, or BI/analytics platforms (Looker, Sigma, Tableau, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions
- Strong communication skills; able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Growth mindset — eager to deepen expertise in healthcare data, claims, and eligibility.
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
