About the role
As an Associate Product Designer at Clara, you'll focus on applying user-centered design principles, working closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to design excellence. You'll help execute design strategies that align with business goals, support product launches, and maintain focus on quality while continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Follow our internal design process, including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and contributing to clear, effective copywriting.
- Develop designs that balance user needs and business goals.
- Participate in user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define product requirements.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
- Use and enhance our design system.
Who you are
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX designer, Interaction designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing design work.
- Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional, and engaging designs.
- Proficiency of Figma, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain your design decisions.
- Good English level
