As an Associate Product Delivery Operations Analyst, you will partner with multiple teams across Yext to assist in various product delivery processes. These initiatives and processes are vital to the fulfillment of our Listings product and ensure that our clients unlock the full value of what Yext has to offer. Please note that this is an internal role in which you will be partnering with the internal Yext Services and Technology Operations teams to deliver value to existing Yext clients. As an integral part of the organization, you’ll work directly with team members to learn and grow an exciting career at Yext! This role is fully on-site in our Hyderabad, India office.

What You'll Do

  • Become an expert in the Yext software and the Yext Knowledge Network 
  • Utilize excel and Google Sheets to compare large data sets of Yext powered listing information against publisher scan results
  • Complete last-mile product fulfillment tasks with speed and accuracy to increase our customers digital presence
  • Proactively scan for and resolve Listings issues for our client
  • Employ data filters and sorting to complete the task in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Manage and prioritize multiple inbound requests and drive to completion
  • Follow complex processes and understand nuances where applicable
  • Discover and document unique client nuances
  • Refer to and help build out internal process documentation 
  • Contribute to internal resources and deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and relevant teams

What You Have

  • BA/BS degree or similar college level education
  • 0-3 years of operations, customer support, or analyst experience
  • Proficient in data analysis and manipulation with solid spreadsheet (Excel)
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong ability to communicate complex issues across departments and with external contacts
  • Detail-oriented, organized, process-driven
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Autonomous worker with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
  • Interest in technology
