What you’ll do:

  • Measure and optimize Klook activity content to enhance usability while creating the best customer experience by exploring several approaches to solving customer problems

  • Manage and update existing products content with critical content, schedule and pricing information as the needs of our partners adopt

  • Conduct user research regularly to understand customer needs and behavior, improving customer booking experience

  • Audit and proofread the activity content page regularly to ensure that it aligns with Klook standards in terms of quality and accuracy

  • Works hand-in-hand with stakeholders and product owners to strategize and develop customer-friendly booking processes

  • Analyze to compare the pros and cons of competitors to provide insightful recommendations 

  • Analyze data to identify potential causes of problems and raise solutions accordingly

  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

What you'll need:

  •  Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 

  • Customer-focused, and always seeking what is best for the customer

  • Able to handle routine work with a positive attitude and maintain consistent performance over time

  • Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent Chinese is a plus

  • Content creation and data entry experience are a plus

  • Proactive, efficient, quick to learn, and has a strong work ethic

  • Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
