What you’ll be doing:
Define requirements, write user stories, and contribute to product development.
Support Product Management and Engineering in prioritizing features and managing backlogs.
Analyze data, generate reports, and define key performance metrics.
Collaborate with developers to ensure clear requirements and seamless implementation.
Research and understand First Orion’s products, tools, and industry trends.
Identify and troubleshoot product issues, track bugs, and recommend improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Marketing, Business, Math, Computer Science) or 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience defining product requirements and working with data.
Basic understanding of software development and structured data.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Points:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Experience building business models and forecasting.
Telecom industry knowledge.
