JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Driving specific segments to grow revenue, ARPUcontribution and product/service penetration (packageinventory management, up-sell, x-sell and anti-spindown campaigns) including growing customers’product/service suite and increasing package/servicepenetration.
- Identify, develop and execute an Annual ActionPlan/Roadmap to meet business objectives. Proposeschedule of sales and retention marketing campaigns onannual basis to fit into the overall upsell plan.
- Develop customer value proposition and product bundlesfor specific segments based on customer life-stage anddemographics with differentiated offerings includingpricing and service treatment.
- Effectively manage annual budget while continuouslyimproving campaign ROI and response rate by leveragingon tools, effective data mining/targeting and strongcollaboration with channel partners to develop up sellcampaigns with the objective to boost up performance ofpackages/service take up.
- Identify, understand and analyse market potential byraces while working with business analyst and/or dataanalytics. Thereafter, information is used to definebusiness objectives, build a business case, establishmarket strategies, estimate package uptake and developintegrated marketing programs along with key successmeasurements.
- Develop & execute customer segmentation campaignsto support the overall business.
- Represent Customer Division in all Channels GTMprograms with channels partners and leads intradepartmental coordination to roll out thosecampaigns/initiative.
- Provide appropriate marketing materials for launchingand optimizing marketing programs
- Identify, develop, track and manage alternate saleschannels to further enhance our APRU by working withCSC, CSD, road show, direct sales, web, etc.
- Regularly analyse business performance and proactivelyexplore ways for continuous improvement
