Role Overview
This role supports Procurement and Finance with financial leadership, analysis, and reporting. You will help manage monthly SG&A results, annual savings planning, PPV, and cost roll activities while ensuring reports, assumptions, and business metrics are accurate and decision-ready.
What will you do?
Support monthly SG&A financial results and business metric reviews for the Procurement organization.
Assist with the annual planning process for Global Procurement savings, PPV, and SGA.
Partner with Procurement and Finance stakeholders to align guidance, account usage, and reporting assumptions.
Contribute to the annual cost roll process for GP plants and distribution centers with procured parts.
Help maintain financial models, reconcile actuals to plans, and track key procurement performance drivers.
Prepare analysis and presentation materials for leadership reviews, including ELT-related preparation when needed.
Identify variances, explain root causes, and support follow-up actions that improve financial clarity and control.

Take ownership of accurate, timely reporting by reviewing results carefully, validating assumptions, and escalating issues early.
Stay close to the work by partnering with Procurement, Finance, and plant teams to understand the drivers behind savings, PPV, and cost movements.
Use clear analysis and candid follow-up to explain variances, challenge gaps, and support practical actions.
Improve every day by refining models, strengthening templates, and looking for better ways to forecast and track performance.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in finance, controlling, procurement finance, cost accounting, or FP&A.
Understanding of SG&A management, budgeting, forecasting, PPV, or cost roll processes.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and solid financial modeling capability.
Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and present financial findings in a concise way.
High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to accurate reporting.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
