Responsibilities
- Processes and completes DeleteMe privacy reports at a high volume daily
- Identifies and troubleshoots basic site and tooling issues, escalating when needed
- Supports the implementation and upkeep of standard operating procedures and site instructions.
- Provides clear communication through various channels to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Basic understanding of operational processes and privacy principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow documentation and SOPs.
- Effective team collaboration and participation in team discussions.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other operational tools.
- Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- On-call duty will be required one weekend per month
- This role may require domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
