Summary
Directly support the Director, Business & Technology Resiliency in maturing our technology resiliency program through monitoring planning, capabilities, and testing of our disaster recovery team as a second line function. This role would also be accountable for ensuring that DR plans are updated and tested as required by policy and conducting Technology Impact Assessments.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- DR Plan Administration and Management
- Holds IT Accountable for updates
- Assess testing results
- Identifies gaps in RTO/RPO
- Ensures plan ownership
- Technology Impact Assessment (TIA)

- Analysis
- Ongoing TIA Support (data gathering and follow up)
- Testing OCC recovery from Cyber Events
- Ongoing validation of BMR capabilities and ensuring proper systems are in scope
- Incorporate cyber threats result in resiliency risk for applications and business processes
- Participates and monitors DR exercises
- Control Self Testing as assigned
- Monitor Capabilities for Operational Recovery Enclave
- Monitor risk of provisioned access, credentials, privilege and key availability

Qualifications
Audit Experience or Experience Conducting Vendor Assessments is required
Strong project/time management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential
Technology Impact Assessments or Business Impact Assessments
Strong documentation, technical writing and process analysis/improvement skills are essential
Understanding of the financial services sector and the markets is preferred
Strong project/time management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential
Technical Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office desktop tools (Project, Word, Excel).
Experience with Emergency Notification Systems
Experience with Business Continuity Management Systems
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
2-5+ Years Relevant Experience is Typical
Certificates and/or Licenses
Professional certification in business continuity, disaster recovery, security, audit, crisis management or related area is required or must be obtained within 12 months (ABCP, CBCP, CISSP, CISA, and similar)

Compensation
- The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
- In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.

- All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.
Salary Range
$98,700.00 - $137,800.00Incentive Range
8% to 15%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
