Lead performance and failover testing for mission-critical clearing, risk, and settlement systems. Design and execute load/failover tests, build automated performance frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, validate multi-region RTO/RPO SLAs, analyze results with observability tools, mentor QE engineers, and document evidence for regulatory audits.

Lead enterprise performance engineering for cloud-native, containerized, and event-driven clearing, risk, and settlement systems. Architect and execute large-scale performance tests, build automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, integrate observability/APM, mentor engineers, and drive resilience and regulatory-compliant performance improvements.

Designs and executes performance, failover, and disaster recovery tests across multi-region cloud and hybrid systems using LoadRunner/JMeter/Gatling. Develops automation scripts (Python/Java), integrates tests into CI/CD, correlates results with APM tools, validates RTO/RPO and SLAs, analyzes bottlenecks, and presents findings to QE leadership while collaborating with DevOps, dev, and infrastructure teams.

The Lead Associate Principal in Cloud Engineering will oversee Kubernetes management, automation, and provide technical guidance, ensuring high availability and compliance in cloud-native environments.
