What You'll Do:
This role will be responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of programs within IT. Ensures the overall effectiveness and adherence to the governance framework and ongoing evaluation of IT’s internal control environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborates with other teams to review control data and identify improvements in the IT delivery process and controls

Contributes to the creation of dashboards and reports demonstrating control adherence and opportunities for improvement

Collaborating with others to deliver complex projects which may involve multiple systems

Continuously thinking about the next steps

Supporting the teams developing solutions to complex technical challenges

Recommending technologies and tools that improve the efficiency, quality, and security of OCC’s IT systems

Other job-related duties as assigned

Assist in conducting process gap analysis of controls to key regulations, mapping to industry standards and developing continuous compliance monitoring

Advise stakeholders on identified issues and support for regulatory exams and audit engagements

126,600.00 - 148,800.00 - 171,100.00 USD Annual
Incentive Range
