We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal Graphic Designer to lead the creative vision and execution of high-impact design initiatives that strengthen brand identity and elevate visual storytelling across the organization. As an Associate Principal Graphic Designer, you will partner closely with executive leadership, marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to transform business objectives into engaging visual experiences. You will play a key role in shaping brand evolution, developing scalable design systems, and delivering impactful creative assets across digital, print, and presentation formats. This role requires a strong design portfolio, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor designers while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and quality.

• Lead the creative direction and execution of high-impact design projects, including brand campaigns, product launches, executive presentations, and customer-facing communications.
• Translate complex business goals into visually compelling concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, design quality, and visual identity across all channels.
• Drive the evolution of the organization's brand system by developing scalable design frameworks, visual guidelines, and reusable creative assets.
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic design initiatives with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
• Present creative concepts, design strategies, and final deliverables to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Mentor and guide designers by promoting best practices, fostering creativity, and supporting professional growth.
• Ensure all creative assets are optimized for digital, print, presentation, and multi-platform experiences.
• Contribute to design strategy discussions, creative planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, accessibility standards, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

• 7+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Creative Design with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
• Expertise in concept development, brand identity design, visual storytelling, and campaign execution across digital and print media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership and managing high-visibility creative initiatives.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, color theory, and user-centered visual communication.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence design decisions.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring designers and driving creative excellence within collaborative teams.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and multi-platform design execution.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to balance creativity with business objectives.
