Associate Principal Engineer

Must-Have Skills:

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Extensive experience in Temenos T24 development, architecture, and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with various levels and units within the company.

Good-To-Have Skills:

• Experience with TAFC and TAFJ frameworks.
• Knowledge of Temenos IRIS API development.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Understanding of banking processes and financial services.

Job Responsibilities:

• SIT/UAT Lifecycle: Actively participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the system to ensure smooth operation.
• System Updates & Maintenance: Apply updates, patches, and upgrades to the T24 system as released by the offshore team, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Solution Design: Provide technical solutions based on client requirements while aligning with best practices in T24 implementation.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and business units, facilitating smooth interactions in both Mandarin and English.
