SAP Activate Methodology (Expert)

S4HANA end to end implementation (Minimum 1-2 projects), Greenfield S4HANA Public cloud or S4HANA private cloud implementation experience.

Job Description :

• Lead SAP projects from initiation through evaluation, preparation, business blueprinting, realization, testing, final preparation, go-live, and sustain/support phases, ensuring successful implementation or upgrade in line with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure these are accurately captured in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and proactively address deviations to keep projects on track.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the steering committee and other governance bodies on project progress and escalations. Identify, assess, and document project risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for end-users and stakeholders, supporting adoption and minimizing disruption.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging the latest SAP tools and standards for optimal results.
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP modules, systems, and business processes to effectively manage project requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Stay current with SAP innovations and industry trends, applying relevant updates and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Experience managing SAP S4Hana Public cloud implementation project is preferred.

Certifications: PMP / PRINCE 2/ ITIL
