Job DescriptionSalesforce Business Analysis with Salesforce Functional knowledge and experience:
- Gather and interpret requirements from the business
- Analyze existing business processes, recommend optimization, and process area improvements.
- Understanding the business requirements, and through a structured process, modeling, validating, and translating it into business requirement specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution.
- Participate in the solution design process
- Prepare the business requirement document, functional design document, user stories, etc.
Must have Skills: Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Analysis, Requirements documentation, Salesforce Funational Consultant, Salesforce Sales cloud
