Associate Principal Engineer -- Project Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management with complete ownership of project delivery
• Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies, with a solid grasp of Agile frameworks, metrics, and best practices
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and leading technology-driven business transformation initiatives
• Strong background in project planning, consulting, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all critical facets of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risk, and communication
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality solutions to clients
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms
• Monitor project health using Agile metrics; identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage interdependencies across teams, ensuring alignment and maintaining the critical path for successful delivery

Act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
