Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage and deliver medium-sized projects from commencement to completion, ensuring they are within the agreed scope, budget, and time. These projects may involve various disciplines, including property, engineering, information technology, all in line with the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage technical CRM projects within the Banking Industry.

• Lead and coordinate a technical team to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CRM development within the Banking Industry.

• Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

• Proficiency in managing technical teams and projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
