Associate Principal Engineer -- Product Owner

1. Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap
2. Gather and prioritize business, customer, and technical requirements
3. Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
4. Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and Data teams
5. Lead requirements grooming, sprint planning, and backlog refinement 6. Make data-driven decisions using metrics, analytics, and customer feedback
6. Drive product launches, feature rollouts, and post-launch analysis
7. Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
8. Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and proactively manage them
9. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related stakeholder communication

• Salary Range: $150K Gross - $160K Gross (includes base + bonuses), depending on skills and years of experience.
