In this role, you will guide clients through the full CRM lifecycle”from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support. You will leverage deep SAP CX expertise to deliver best-in-class customer relationship management solutions that drive engagement, loyalty, and business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications 1- SAP CX Expertise: Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP CRM and SAP C/4HANA (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce). In-depth knowledge of the SAP Customer Experience suite, module interdependencies, and roadmaps. 2-Functional & Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CRM business processes: lead-to-cash, service-to-resolution, campaign management, and omni-channel commerce. Experience with configuration of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP Process Integration (PI). 3-Project Delivery & Methodology: Proven track record in full-life-cycle implementations (Agile and Waterfall). Excellent requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation skills. 4-Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose scalable, future-proof solutions. Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and KPIs.
