Job Description

  • We are seeking a forward-thinking Functional Consultant with a passion for driving integrated, cross-functional initiatives and a strategic mindset.
  • This role requires someone who can connect the dots between market needs, business goals, and technical execution, delivering cohesive product experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and program management to identify scope and design consulting projects outcomes and milestones
  • Ensure execution of the end-to-end strategy and execution of complex, integrated product initiatives across departments (e.g., engineering, design, marketing, operations).
  • Develop and champion a strategic roadmap aligned with company goals, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify synergies across projects and ensure alignment with overall product vision and business objectives.
  • Champion user-centered design by translating customer needs and data into meaningful product features and experiences.
  • Define key success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to evaluate project performance and inform future strategy.
  • Coordinate product launches with go-to-market teams, ensuring that positioning, messaging, and user adoption strategies are tightly integrated.
  • Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and trade-offs within a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, quarterly roadmap reviews, and cross-functional syncs as needed.
  • Enable and support agile and scaled agile philosophies

Qualifications

 

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in environments involving platform-level products or multi-stream projects.
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic, cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and company goals.
  • Experience working with agile product development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence without authority. Comfortable partnering with client leadership.
  • Excellent presentation (creation and storytelling) skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • High level project management knowledge for estimation and timeline assessment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or multi-channel products.
  • Background in strategy consulting or program management is a plus
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Productboard, Miro, Figma).
