JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- The Presentation Editor is responsible for capturing materials received on fast turn-around channels and performing seamless online edit through state-of-the-art non-linear applications based on the Content Code and LPF Censorship Guideline, as stipulated by the license condition.
- The editor is to shoulder the responsibility of ensuring all contentious elements; audio and video, inclusive of technical impairments are eradicated from transmission as well as play a key role in administering the channel presentation and company requirement to align with social, governmental and channel policies as per Standard Operating Procedure and flexible with the regulatory changes.
- As first line monitoring, the editor is required to report any transmission abnormalities and technical impairment and simultaneously perform recovery as per the business contingency procedure.
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
- Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Social Science, Languages or Computer Science
- Able to comprehend both Tamil & Chinese language
- TV broadcasting knowledge
- Music, News and Movie oriented
- Computer literate
- Editing on linear or non liners system
- Production knowledge
