This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
The Portfolio Analytics team is seeking an Associate to support the day-to-day coordination of third-party vendor activities, with a primary focus on Acuity Analytics. Working alongside senior team members, this role will help ensure work is completed accurately, documented consistently, and delivered in accordance with established processes.
This position offers broad exposure across Portfolio Analytics and is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with data, and continuously improving operational processes.
The ideal candidate is someone who has:- Proficiency in reviewing financial documents including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and investment schedules, with preference for experience in private equity or alternative investment contexts.
- Experience working with platforms like SharePoint, eFront, S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, or comparable systems
- Background in private markets, portfolio analytics, or due diligence processes
- Exposure to quality control, reconciliation, or data governance concepts.
- Interest in driving improvement in execution and operational excellence.
Support Vendor Operations
- Raise issues and risks as appropriate while helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor assigned work queues and help track deliverables against agreed timelines.
- Respond to vendor questions and partner with internal teams to resolve inquiries.
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of vendor-supported workstreams.

Perform Quality Review
- Complete random sampling of completed work to verify adherence to documented procedures.
- Identify data anomalies, process inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document findings and support follow-up activities to improve overall quality.
- Help maintain process documentation and quality control checklists.
Support Process Improvement
- Find opportunities to improve efficiency through operational improvements or automation.
- Participate in documenting new workflows and updating existing operating procedures.
- Assist with onboarding new vendor-supported activities and validating completed work.
- Contribute ideas that simplify operational processes and reduce manual effort.
Document & Data Management
- Support document tracking and reconciliation to help ensure financial documents are received and processed.
- Monitor and organize financial statement documentation within approved repositories, including SharePoint.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records supporting vendor activities.
Team Support
- Build familiarity across Portfolio Analytics processes, including partnership performance, operating metrics, cash flows, and reporting.
- Provide support across multiple workstreams to improve team flexibility during peak periods.
- Partner with teammates to share knowledge and promote consistent execution.
- Curiosity to understand how processes work and find opportunities to improve them.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- A willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Base Salary
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
