QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Marketing, similar field, or equivalent.
Minimum one-year relevant experience in fast-paced environment, preferably in account management/client services, agency, marketing, or sports related field.
Self-starter with proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects to meet deadlines.
Detail oriented with solid organizational, communication and intrapersonal skills.
Proficient writing and presentation abilities
Ability to learn new platforms including Microsoft Office
Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Assist with coordination and support for PTWA and Korn Ferry Tour Wives activities, helping advance their mission to support children and families in need.
Provide administrative support and act as liaison between PGA TOUR and PTWA Board of Directors.
Help organize and execute PTWA and Korn Ferry Tour Wives Committee community outreach events (approximately 12–15 events annually).
Support fundraising efforts by assisting with planning and logistics for PTWA charitable events.
Maintain and update PTWA social media and memberships platforms (Instagram, X Facebook, Squarespace and Givebutter) with approved content.
Assist with PTWA membership recruitment and provide general member support.
Provide assistance for PTWA financial and tax-related documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
Help prepare and track PTWA state charity filings, including organizing documents and monitoring deadlines.
Support PGA TOUR Child Care program by coordinating logistics and serving as a resource for parents and staff.
Assist with vendor communication and help maintain program guidelines for PGA TOUR Child Care.
Provide general support for traveling PGA TOUR Child Care staff.
Collaborate with tournament staff to support childcare program implementation.
Help track and maintain PGA TOUR Child Care budget records.
Participate in special projects related to Player Relations as assigned.
Collaborate with internal departments to support charity initiatives
Contribute to departmental operations by assisting with scheduling, communication, and basic reporting.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
