What You'll Do :
- Develop complex solutions for clients using programming languages, ETL service platforms, cloud technologies, and other relevant tools.
- Take complete ownership of activities and responsibilities across all phases of the project lifecycle, effectively addressing business problems across multiple client engagements.
- Collaborate with team members to leverage expertise and facilitate seamless transitions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Exhibit flexibility in addressing new and challenging problems, demonstrating strong task management skills.
- Assist in creating project deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture (if needed), test cases, and operations management.
- Maintain transparency in driving assigned tasks to completion, providing accurate status reports to stakeholders.
- Adopt a consulting mindset in problem-solving and innovation, leveraging technical and business knowledge/expertise while collaborating across teams.
- Support senior team members and delivery leads in project management responsibilities to ensure effective project execution.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic performance.
- Up to 2 years of relevant consulting experience in small to medium-scale technology solution delivery engagements, with proven success in analytics projects that drive business insights.
- Hands-on experience with ETL technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, PySpark, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in data warehousing and SQL for effective data management and analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in applying analytics techniques to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate results and issues to both internal and client teams.
- Proven capability to think creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, delivering effective solutions to complex challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a virtual global team environment, contributing to the timely delivery of multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.
