Summary:
In this role, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Platform Analyst to join our Corporate IT Enterprise Contract Management System Team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in implementing, supporting and maintaining our new internal Contract Management System with Contracts AI platform. You will help ensure system performance, provide user support. In addition, you will grow your knowledge across all capabilities, including templates, forms, playbooks, workflows, integrations, and help to train our Contracts AI LLM. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in IT skills and explore the exciting intersection of technology and contract management.
Responsibilities:

Collaborates with business and development teams to elicit and document business requirements, partnering with engineers and administrators to propose and implement effective solutions on third-party platforms.

Develops user stories, product backlog(s) and product solutions with guidance by applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for one primary product.

Assists team members with the ownership of the lifecycle for one primary product area.

Begins to analyze requirements and the impact to applications and / or business processes.

Begin to gain knowledge of platforms by shadowing senior staff.

Gathers, analyzes, and documents user requirements and translates them into user stories with guidance.

Observes or participates in stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and / or understand current business processes.

Develops and maintains product backlog(s), with guidance.

Implements requirements for traceability from user stories to product features with guidance.

Observes or participates in Agile ceremonies for iteration planning and story refinement; enhances knowledge of Agile, Scrum, XP, and Kanban through independent research and training.

Learn about the application and implementation of requirements during testing.

Fields questions from stakeholders / end users during user acceptance testing and coordinates the resolution process.

Learns the gap analysis process and begins to identify solutions that meet business requirements.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs meet customer requirements and standards.

Learns SQL concepts to read a basic SQL statement and observes application data review and triage sessions applying SQL knowledge.

Gains knowledge of platform basics including data model and navigation.

Meets training requirements and follows established procedures.

Supports the tracking on group progress or departmental issues.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field preferred.

No experience is required.

Familiarity with basic IT or software tools; experience with CMS systems preferred.

An interest in learning workflow automation, data management, and system integrations.

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Proficiency with basic reporting tools like Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Exposure to enterprise software or administrative tools.

Interest in AI-powered technologies and how they can add value to our business

Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams.

A proactive approach to learning new tools and solving problems.

Prior experience as a Paralegal or Contract Administrator is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $95,400.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
