About Role

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking an Associate Planner to become an integral part of our team. The associate planner will partner closely with the Director of Planning to build weekly omnichannel plans and fine tune the assortment to ensure the right product is in the right place. This role will be responsible for tracking inventory positions and turn to ensure that the business is operating optimally. The ideal candidate is a team player who loves to dig into data and can synthesize and communicate their findings outwardly. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly store allocations for replenishment and new product allocations for launches
  • Partner with the Merchandise Manager to build retail assortments and ensure presentation minimums are being met 
  • Closely partner with product development to update vendor information and costing
  • Manage PO placing and partner with product development to understand timing of incoming receipts
  • Conduct weekly reporting on best sellers and performance to plan
  • Own made to order purchase orders and maintain receipt flow in the open to buy
  • Manage wedding band replenishment to ensure an assortment of always in stock pieces
  • Dive in and build out weekly category plans for bridal business
  • Hindsigh monthly, quarterly and annually to recap KPIs and collaborate with the team key follow up actions

 About You 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail oriented and thorough leaving no rock unturned
  • Self starter- eager to learn and grow and always looking around the corner for the next opportunity

Requirements 

  • 2-3 years of relevant analytical, merchant or wholesale experience
  • Experience at an ecommerce DTC brand preferred 
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
  • Excellent Retail Math skills

Details - NYC

  • Hybrid-time role located in midtown NYC
  • Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours (with the possibility of weekends during busy season or sales)
