Job Snapshot
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable People Success Associate to support our HR operations in India. This role is key to ensuring smooth payroll processing, compliance management, and an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle.
What’s in it for you?
- Act as the central custodian of employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates in HR systems.
- Prepare, audit, and manage monthly payroll inputs for India full-time employees & Consultants, ensuring 100% accurate and on-time payroll delivery.
- Oversee statutory compliance and filings, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, NPS, Gratuity, and other labor law requirements.
- Support benefits administration, including leave management, insurance programs, and other employee benefits.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and exit formalities—especially for confidential exits. Manage Internal & External Audit single-handedly (ISO, SOC 2, Finance/Payroll/HR)
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, attendance, payslips, and more.
- Manage employee engagement activities such as gifting, rewards & recognition programs, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Ensure seamless functioning and coordination with HRMS, payroll vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Own and drive key HR KPIs, focusing on process accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, and compliance in a multi-location setup.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory filing requirements.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and any payroll platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills and a high level of attention to data accuracy and detail are a must.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Highly discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong process orientation with a focus on closure and operational excellence.
