Our Associate - People Partner will support the delivery of key people initiatives and HR processes across the Transform Chalhoub Program and Group Management functions, including Group Communications, Sustainability, Internal Audit, and Family Office. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, this role will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, engagement, workforce governance, and organizational activities while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing, and purpose-driven culture.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytical, and comfortable with budget-related activities in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

What you'll be doing  

 · Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning activities including creation of PO codes, requisition management, and coordination with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to support timely and efficient hiring processes across supported verticals.

· Draft, review, and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners, while coordinating with Rewards on job evaluations to ensure fair and consistent career levels and reward positioning

· Manage internal HR operational processes through systems, including internal transfers, promotions, confirmations, and organizational updates, ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely execution

· Support employee engagement and culture initiatives by contributing to internal communications, leadership messaging, engagement action plans, and initiatives aimed at strengthening employee connection, motivation, sense of belonging, and organizational purpose across teams

· Contribute to fostering a “One Team, One Culture” environment across the Transform Chalhoub Program ecosystem by supporting collaboration and engagement initiatives between core program teams, Super Users, business stakeholders, and external consultants

· Support budget and workforce governance activities including headcount tracking, budget analysis, monitoring of organizational changes, and coordination of Super User recharge and service agreement follow-ups across supported verticals

· Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards, people reports, and internal communications to support leadership discussions, workforce planning, engagement reviews, and organizational decision-making.

Support the delivery of people initiatives, change management activities, onboarding experiences, and upskilling sessions to strengthen team capability, enhance employee experience, and support future business needs across supported functions
